Government and defense
UnclassifiedBuilt by warfighters, for warfighters.
Atlas Ops is an SBA-certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business delivering AI systems, cybersecurity, and research to federal and state customers. Registered, insured, and ready to perform.
The engines
Three engines. Proven once, re-aimed per mission.
We do not invent a new stack for every solicitation. Atlas Ops maintains a small set of working engines and tailors each one to the mission in front of it. Every evidence line below is demonstrable today, and we say plainly what is running, what is submitted, and what is still under evaluation.
Atlas Graph
Turns large regulatory and acquisition corpora into citation-aware knowledge graphs, then answers questions through hybrid graph and vector retrieval, with a human approval step and a written audit log on every action.
EvidenceWorking prototype demonstrated on a federal regulatory corpus: 345 sections of 29 CFR ingested into an 883-node, 1,728-edge citation graph with 5,943 indexed passages. In side-by-side benchmarks it outperformed plain vector retrieval on four of five queries, surfacing governing provisions that vector search missed. A recorded live demonstration was submitted in Phase 1 of a 2026 Department of Homeland Security Commercial Solutions Opening, now under evaluation.
Built forAcquisition, policy, and regulatory-compliance offices that live in documents: contract writing, clause logic, policy analysis, audit response.
Edara Learning
A white-label, AI-integrated learning management platform our own team built and operates: role-scoped dashboards for administrators, instructors, and learners, at-risk learner analytics, targeted communications, and self-paced course delivery in one system.
EvidenceA running product, not a plan. Edara is in live use by client organizations today, including a college-accredited veteran technology training academy. It is the delivery platform named in our submitted state and federal training proposals, and it carries every Atlas Academy track.
Built forWorkforce development, emergency management, and military education programs that need a training platform delivered under their own brand and operated as their own.
RMF and Compliance Automation
AI-assisted automation of the security-compliance workload: control mapping, evidence collection and normalization, plan-of-action tracking, and continuous-monitoring reporting under RMF and NIST SP 800-171.
EvidenceWe run the discipline on ourselves first. SOC 2-aligned controls are implemented and continuously monitored under an active compliance program, an independent auditor is engaged, and the examination is underway. An Atlas Ops AI workload is deployed on a FedRAMP High-certified platform today. The same approach is proposed across Department of Defense compliance and RMF research topics now under evaluation.
Built forProgram offices carrying authorization-to-operate workloads, and any organization with recurring NIST SP 800-171 obligations.
Research and development
Where the research stands, stated exactly.
Seventeen SBIR and STTR proposals submitted across Department of Defense components in 2026, run through Atlas Intelligence Labs, every one currently under evaluation. When outcomes are decided, they will be stated here the same way: exactly.
For contracting officers and evaluators
The paperwork is already done.
The evaluator fact block
The lines a contracting officer needs, ready to copy.
Security and compliance posture
We state this precisely, because precision is the point.
- SOC 2-aligned security controls are implemented and continuously monitored, an independent third-party auditor is engaged, and the SOC 2 examination is underway with the attestation pending.
- NIST SP 800-171 and HIPAA control assessments proceed under the same compliance program. We run a HIPAA-aligned program. No organization issues a HIPAA certification, and we do not claim one.
- We deploy on a FedRAMP High-certified platform. An Atlas Ops AI workload runs there today, and offering-level authorization would be pursued post-award.
- Team members have held TS/SCI clearances.
A note on preferences
The Nevada-based business preference under NRS 333.3351 applies to Nevada state solicitations only, and that is the only place we claim it. On federal set-asides, our SDVOSB, WOSB, and VOSB certifications are factual status in the representations and certifications, not an added preference.
Key personnel
Evaluators score the team. Ours is named.
Personnel qualifications carry a quarter or more of the score on most federal evaluations. We put ours on the page.
Five team members hold current PMP certifications. All personnel are US citizens. Team members have held TS/SCI clearances. Veterans of the Army, the Navy, the NSA, and United States Cyber Command sit on this roster.
Partnerships
Named partners, honestly framed.
Menlo College
Academic partnership with the Institute of AI and Sustainability, where Dr. Mansori teaches AI and cybersecurity. Research credibility and a talent pipeline.
UNLV
Executed memorandum of understanding with the UNLV Office of Economic Development, covering innovation, entrepreneurship, and workforce development in Southern Nevada, including the Black Fire Innovation hub.
Letters of support
Our DARPA-lane research submissions carry letters of support from industry compute and transition partners. They are letters of support, not contracts, and we frame them that way everywhere, including here.
